The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code requires food businesses to ensure that food handlers and their supervisors have the skills and knowledge for proper food safety and food.
City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Environmental Health Officers monitor food hygiene through routine inspections and occasional testing for microbiological and chemical standards.
