Council Meetings
From June 2022 we have made an adjustment to the Council Meeting Schedule, and have now returned to monthly Ordinary Council Meetings, with an Agenda Briefing Forum the week prior.
Ordinary Council Meetings and Agenda Briefing Forums are held monthly in the historical Council Chambers located upstairs at the Kalgoorlie Town Hall. Both are open to the public (except where matters of a confidential nature are discussed). Confidential items are identified on the agenda released prior to each meeting.

Agenda Briefing Forum
About
The Agenda Briefing Forum (ABF) is a non-statutory meeting held by Council in order to maximise the opportunity for Elected Members to be informed prior to an OCM.
At the meeting Elected Members can seek additional information on an agenda item, ask questions, or seek clarification on Officer reports that are on the OCM Agenda.
Councillors cannot debate items at this forum.
Members of the public are invited to attend in person or view the live stream, however there is no opportunity for public participation at the ABF.
