1994 – Dean Kemp

Dean Kemp, former West Coast Eagles player, won the Norm Smith Medal for being Best on Ground in the 1994 AFL Grand Final against Geelong.

2018 – Dominic Sheed

Presented by Mayor John Bowler.
Dom Sheed, West Coast Eagles player, kicked the winning goal for the West Coast Eagles in the 2018 AFL Grand Final against Collingwood. Sheed honed his skills with John Paul College Saints and Mines Rover Football Club, and sent the MCG crowd of 100,222 into a frenzy in the final moments of the 2018 AFL Grand Final. His clutch goal lifted the Eagles to the famous Grand Final victory against Collingwood on 29 September, 2018.
