Administration Building

The City's Customer Service Team is located at our Main Administration Building, 577 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie.

The team will help you with:

• Accessing and submitting applications – including building application kits, expression of interest forms, bin requests, grant forms and cross-over and verge applications.
• Making a booking – You are able to book your pool inspections, make a booking at a park and make an appointment with a Building Officer.
• Animal registration – You can register your pet and amend your registration details.
• Making payments
• Submitting tenders

Our Customer Service Officers have a diverse knowledge base having had experience working across the organisation. They are happy to assist with any and all enquiries, and if they don't have the answer they will put you in direct contact with the right department. 

Our building and planning team are also available to meet with you to discuss your applications.
