The City's Electronic Coming Events Board is located at the front of the Administration Building, at 577 Hannan Street.

If you're hosting a community event and would like the name and date advertised on the board, please complete the online application form below.

To be included on the board, your event must be:

For the benefit of the wider community
Able to be endorsed by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder
A non-exclusive event that can be attended by anyone
Commercial events are subject to CEO approval
Events that will not be considered include birthday parties, local sporting matches and ticketed events for commercial gain.

Important information

The City reserves the right to manage the timing and listings of events
If you have events that are held on a regular basis, you only need to complete one form, but please list the exact dates in the event dates box, up to 6 months in advance.
