The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is inviting local community groups, not-for-profit organisations, and individuals (under auspice arrangements) to apply for funding through the 2025/26 Annual Grant Program (AGP).

A long-standing initiative, the AGP provides one-off grants and three-year service agreements to support projects that enhance community well-being and improve the liveability of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

Last year, the City awarded over $620,000 in funding to local organisations, enabling a range of successful projects—from infrastructure upgrades to new community programs. Past recipients include Kalgoorlie Volleyball Association, FORM, Sandalwood Family Centre, and Kalgoorlie Scout Group.

Mayor Glenn Wilson said the AGP is a fantastic opportunity for community groups to bring their ideas to life and make a real difference.

“One of the best things about this program is seeing how much local organisations can achieve with the right support,” Mayor Wilson said.

“We’ve helped fund everything from sporting upgrades to new arts and youth programs— initiatives that bring people together and make Kalgoorlie-Boulder an even better place to live.”

“If your group has a great project in mind, I encourage you to apply. The City is here to support you through the process and help turn your vision into reality.”

To assist applicants, the City will host two face-to-face information sessions at the Goldfields Arts Centre:
• Tuesday, 25 February | 12:00pm - 1:30pm
• Wednesday, 5 March | 5:30pm - 7:00pm

City Officers are also available for phone consultations or one-on-one meetings to discuss applications in detail.

Applications close at 5pm on Friday, 25 April 2025.
