Expression of Interest Demolition – 101 Brookman Street

The City is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from licensed demolition contractors interested in the demolition of a commercial property (known as the former Coles/Kmart site) located in Kalgoorlie’s central business district. The site is near State heritage listed properties which includes but not limited to the Kalgoorlie Town Hall.

Submissions are invited for the full demolition of the site.

How to submit:
Respondents will be required to complete an Expression of Interest - Response Form available on the City’s e-procurement portal ckb.wa.gov.au/open-tenders, and must include all supporting documents by the deadline.
