Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has received an application for development approval for the following purpose and public comments are invited:
- Lot No: 420
- Street: 1 Egan Street
- Suburb: Kalgoorlie
Proposal:
- Change of use to consulting rooms and dwelling; and
- Alterations to an existing heritage building
Details of the proposal are available to the public at: yoursay.ckb.wa.gov.au/planning-notices (online) or 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie WA 6430 (hard copy).
Submissions may be made on the proposal up until Wednesday, 13 November 2024.
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date.
Submissions should be marked “D101/24 Consulting rooms and dwelling” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2024, Boulder WA 6432, or emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
