The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has received a further amendment to the application to amend development approval (DAP/23/02591 / P143/23) for a Key Workers Lifestyle Village and public comments are invited.
• Lot No: 9003, 9004 & 9005
• Street: Hart Kerspien Drive
• Suburb: Broadwood
Further Amendment:
1. The removal of one (1) of the Hart Kerspien Drive access roads.
2. An increase in dwelling yield from 397 dwellings to 408 dwellings.
3. New Lot and stage reconfiguration resulting in the following staging proposal;
a. Stage one – 121 Lots equating to 129 dwellings;
b. Stage two – 54 Lots equating to 56 dwellings;
c. Stage three – 117 Lots equating to 125 dwellings; and
d. Stage four – 105 Lots equating to 105 dwellings.

All submissions must be made on the proposal up until Saturday, 21 December 2024.
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date. Submissions should be marked ‘Key Worker’s Lifestyle Village Amendment’ and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2024, Boulder WA 6432, or emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
