Re-advertise Disposal of Property Building (asset) at Reserve 31464, Lot 1094, (21B) Ward Street, Lamington
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to:
- Dispose of the existing single-story asbestos-clad and iron-roofed building on Reserve 31464.
by:
For the purpose of supporting the construction of a new single-story brick therapy centre with specialist allied health service facilities by Full Circle Therapies Inc.
A period of fourteen (14) days is available for written submissions in respect of the proposed actions, with the closing date for submission to be lodged with the City prior to 5pm Wednesday, 7 August 2024.
Submissions should be marked ‘Disposal of Property – Building (asset) at Reserve 31464’ and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432.
