The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease Part of Lot 156 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie to West Coast Mining Solution PTY LTD as trustee of the Wild Earth Health Trust Trading As Go Vita, for the consideration of $50,600 per annum (excluding GST), for a two (2) year period with three (3) three year options.

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby gives notice of the temporary road closure and planned noise caused by the annual Christmas Street Party on Sunday, 24 November 2024. The noise is to commence between 3.00pm - 8.00pm AWST, however, times are subject to change without notice.
